- Cooked rice: 1 ½ cup (300g)
- Chopped Mutton Keema: 500gm
- Ghee: 1tbsp
- Oil: 40 ml.
- Black peppercorns: 5
- Cinnamon stick:1
- Cloves: 6
- Ginger garlic paste: 2 tsp
- Garlic: 2tsp
- Chopped Tomato: 1
- Chopped Onions: 2
- Chopped Green chilies: 2
- Red chili powder: 1 tsp
- Bunch coriander leaves: ½ bunch
- Cumin powder: 2 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Water 700ml
- Heat ghee and oil in a pan.
- Sauté cinnamon stick, black pepper, and cloves. Include ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions, and green chilies also.
- Introduce mutton keema, chopped mint leaves, and salt. Sauté on high flame.
- Put turmeric, meat masala, red chili powder, and cumin powder. Include chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, and mint.
- Mix and combine cooked rice into the blend.
- Stir thoroughly to combine the flavors.
- Serve the Keema Pulav hot.
