- Spices (Cumin, Turmeric, Coriander, Garam Masala): 1 tsp each
- Green Chilies: 2-3
- Mint: Handful
- Cilantro: Handful
- Saffron: A pinch soaked in warm milk
- Oil or Ghee: 3-4 tbsp
- Water: 4-5 cups
