  • Onions: 2 large
  • Tomatoes: 2 medium
  • Garlic: 1 tbsp (minced)
  • Ginger: 1 tbsp (minced)
  • Yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Spices (Cumin, Turmeric, Coriander, Garam Masala): 1 tsp each
  • Green Chilies: 2-3
  • Mint: Handful
  • Cilantro: Handful
  • Saffron: A pinch soaked in warm milk
  • Oil or Ghee: 3-4 tbsp
  • Water: 4-5 cups
