  • Sugar: ¼-cup (granulated)
  • Eggs: 2 (large)
  • Vanilla Extract: 1-teaspoon
  • Baking Soda: ½-teaspoon
  • Baking Powder: 1-teaspoon
  • All-purpose Flour: 11/2-cups
  • Buttermilk: 13/4-cups
  • Unsalted Butter: 3-tablespoon (melted and slightly cooled)
  • Ground Nutmeg: a pinch 
  • Kosher Salt: ¾-tsp
  • Cinnamon: ½-tsp (grounded)
  • Powdered Sugar: 11/2-cups
  • Buttermilk: 2 to 3-tbs

Cooking Process

  • At first, set the temperature to 200 degrees F in the oven and preheat it for 10 minutes.
  • Take granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl and mix them properly.
  • Now combine the buttermilk, vanilla, and eggs in a medium bowl. Then, mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients with the butter and blend well for a perfect batter.  
  • Combined all the other ingredients and mix them properly.
  • After giving medium heat over the skillet, add a layer of butter (a thin layer). Then add 1/3 cup scoops of butter to the skillet, and an inch space should be left between the pancakes and cook.

  • Milk: 2% or11/2-cup

Cooking Process

  • At first, in a large bowl, take 1/8 cup sugar, two flours, baking soda, 1 ½ t cinnamon, 11/2 teaspoon baking powder, and salt and mix them well.
  • Take flour, egg, and egg’s white, 2-tbs melted butter and milk in another bowl and mixed them properly.
  • Stir both wet and dry ingredients, mix them well (not too much), and leave the batter to sit for 15 minutes.
  • Combine 2-teaspoons cinnamon and ½ cup sugar on a small plate and set aside.
  • Now over low heat in a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and shake them into the heavy Cream. Stir constantly with 1t cinnamon, 2 T butter, and the cayenne pepper till it’s well combined. Then just turn off the heat.
  • In medium heat, heat a griddle until the water gets boiling.
  • Add a dab of butter where you will place pancakes mix, and place 1/3 cup butter on top.
  • Then cook for about 3 to 4 minutes it seems a bit dry, and then until down, flip and cook about 2 minutes.
  • Use some soft butter on each side of the pancake. After that, dip the pancakes in the sugar of cinnamon mixture on the plate.

  • Ground Cinnamon: ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar Extra Fine: 2-tablespoons
  • Vanilla Extract: 1-teaspoon
  • Unsalted Butter: ½-cup
  • Ground Cinnamon: ½-teaspoon

Cooking Process

  • Put sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, flour, and salt in a bowl and combine them.
  • Mix properly and add the vanilla extract, melted butter, egg, and milk and whisk them until getting smooth (do not over mix).
  • Give medium heat on a large frying pan and a little oil or cooking spray, butter.
  • Now pour a minimum of ¼ cup butter into a hot pan, and until the bubbles appear on the surface, cook. Keep coking until it gets browned on all the sides. 
  • I have now combined all cinnamon and granulated sugar in a bowl. Brush the pancakes with some melted butter and of cores the generously sprinkle cinnamon or sugar on the top.
